The
Second Amendment is spoken many times in this Blocher Joseph journal. The
article is a scholarly journal which have been looked over by his peers and his
colleagues for accuracy and to make sure it not a bias article. This Article
asks whether the Second Amendment should likewise be read to incorporate both
the right to keep or bear arms for self-defense and the inverse right to
protect oneself by avoiding arms, and what practical implications they would
have for both sides of the argument. The article also talks about the “Core”
and "Central Component" of the Second Amendment which is self-defense
which is mostly exerted in the home. I would use this article to argue my topic
in the matter of how we have been bearing arms to protect our homes and
families since the Second Amendment was signed on the Constitution, and we cant
take it away because it would leave a lot of people unsafe in the world.

An Unsteady Finger on Gun Control
Laws.
The
popular magazine that I decides to go with was by Persky, Anna Stolle. The article
reports that handgun control laws in the U.S. are being challenged throughout
the country based on the Second Amendment that protects the right of an
individual to possess a firearm for private use inside the home. Jonathan E.
Lowy, director of the legal action project at the Washington D.C.-based Brady
Center to Prevent Gun Violence, said there have been at least 20 challenges to
several state and federal gun laws.
I
will use this popular magazine to before my scholarly article to get people to
se the popularity of my topic, and how it is a very important part of our
lives. Then I would use my scholarly article to back up the information in the
magazine.
